Flat Clearance Mayfair offers comprehensive flat clearance services, including but not limited to:

• Removal of household items
• Disposal of unwanted furniture and appliances
• Cleaning and preparation of the flat post-clearance

Our services are designed to provide a hassle-free experience, ensuring that your property is cleared efficiently and responsibly.

Booking and Payment

To secure our services, clients must:

1. Book a suitable time slot for clearance.
2. Provide accurate information about the items to be cleared.
3. Make a payment as per the agreed-upon rates.

Payments can be made via various methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely to ensure client safety.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

• At least 48 hours prior to the scheduled clearance time.
• Cancellation requests made within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs as flexibly as possible.

Liability

Flat Clearance Mayfair is committed to handling all items with care. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damages to items prior to clearance.
• Damages incurred due to improper packaging by the client.
• Loss of items that are not properly declared during booking.

Clients are encouraged to provide detailed information about items to ensure transparency and accountability.
